Francisco Ponce’s career connects people, stories, and opportunity. An executive advisor, media leader, and executive producer, he brings more than 25 years of entertainment and media experience to The P11NCE Group, the advisory and consulting firm he founded to help organizations build relationships, shape their positioning, and bring ambitious ideas to life.
As Vice President of Talent Casting & Talent Relations at NBCUniversal/Telemundo, Francisco led talent strategy across major entertainment franchises. Working at the intersection of talent, production, and audiences shaped the approach he brings to his work today: understanding the people behind an idea, bringing the right collaborators together, and helping a vision take form.
Through The P11NCE Group, that experience now reaches beyond entertainment. He serves as Global Development Advisor to Mel-Mont Medical and MedCloud Depot, bringing a relationship-driven perspective to healthcare development, and works in Business Development with ROL Services. His collaborations with public institutions include helping produce the entertainment portion of the U.S. Embassy in Peru’s July 2026 Freedom 250 event. At Florida International University, his work with CARTA and the Lee Caplin School of Journalism & Media connects storytelling with education through news and podcast programming, a dedicated podcast production space, and collaborative work environments.
Storytelling remains central to his next chapter. Through his production company, ISI Studios, Francisco serves as executive producer of the La Covacha documentary. He is also co-founder and co-producer of the Calle Ocho World Stage Music Festival. These projects extend his work in entertainment into documentary film and live music.
His commitment to people also extends to community service as a board member of Amigos for Kids. Across his advisory work, creative ventures, and nonprofit leadership, Francisco brings the same focus: connecting people and ideas with the relationships and collaboration needed to move them forward.
